There is ONE GROUP that I have found willing to fight for our freedoms and do it in a way that makes a difference, The Ohio 1851 Center for Constitutional Law. They defend our rights in court and want limited government.
Mike DeWine, John Husted and Amy Acton have become the trifecta of tyranny, scaring the public, cancelling elections, denying the opening of schools, denying health care to millions, and almost 20% of working Ohioans are out of work because of their incompetence. Their most recent edict says if you order a drink in a restaurant, and are standing, they can fine you $750 and put you in jail for 3 months with a secret police force! No, I am not kidding.
All this while more than 99% of Ohio is not affected by COVID 19. Let me say that again, MORE THAN 99% of Ohio is healthy. But this trio could cancel schools, deny our right to vote and maybe even try and lock you in your house AGAIN.
And the Ohio Senate is lying to you about what bills will pass and what will not. The truth is the Ohio Senate refuses to pass SB01 and SB55, as passed by the Ohio House, which would rein in this trifecta of tyranny. They do not have the votes for a veto override and they most certainly do not have the votes for any emergency legislation. I have given up on government and I’m in it.
So, what is left? If you noticed last week, we had a HUGE victory and it was thanks to one group, The Ohio 1851 Center. They helped a business file and sue in court and got the following ruling which applies to all people and business in Ohio and all these unconstitutional orders.
“THE DIRECTOR HAS NO STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE ALL BUSINESSES.”
“SHE HAS ACTED IN AN IMPERMISSIBLY ARBITRARY, UNREASONABLE, AND OPPRESSIVE MANNER WITHOUT ANY PROCEDURAL SAFEGUARDS.”
The ruling further excoriates the Department of Health’s insistence that “ONE UNELECTED INDIVIDUAL COULD EXERCISE SUCH UNFETTERED POWER TO FORCE EVERYONE TO OBEY IMPERMISSIBLY VAGUE RULES WITHOUT ANY LEGISLATIVE GUIDANCE.”
Again, this DID NOT HAPPEN out of thin air. These people need your help and resources.
