Well done Booths
The customers were asked, and Booths are going to be employing more staff to work on the checkouts.
Yes, I want a real person to serve me. I like a smiley face to say hello to. I want someone to acknowledge that I am the customer, a real human being. As I have said before, I am not a robot, I will not put my shopping through the self scan tills. I will not pay with a phone, or a card, I will pay with cash.
Thank you Booths. Now let's all shop there in appreciation of giving their customers a good shopping experience. Other stores please note. My Aldi does not have self scans, so I will continue to shop there.
Have a good weekend. Toodle pip. ilona
