If you saw the previous post, you don't need to watch this video. The words are the same, only this time I am speaking them while reading them from the screen. It is just an experiment. Some yoootooobers write a script and read from that. Most will make the words up as they go and say whatever is on their mind. My narrative here is not perfect. Maybe if I practice more I will get better. This is my version of brain training, hopefully it might slow down the process of losing my marbles. 

I've been shopping at Aldi today. I will record a foodie video tomorrow showing what I bought.
